Announcing: HORRORFEST!!!

Eleven-year-old Brendan Jacotin - drop-in regular, documentary filmmaker (An Introduction to Yu-Gi-Oh!) and creator of the Utencil Boy comic book series - has announced his latest project, a series of rare collectible holiday magazines. This month kicks off the publication with a special edition Halloween issue, complete with stories, advice, and one horrific un-cheesy story contest. Ira Glass, producer and host of public radio's This American Life, brings his new book The New Kings of Non-Fiction to life in a unique night of reading and conversation with literary royalty. "Kings" joining Ira Glass include authors Malcolm Gladwell (Blink; Tipping Point), Susan Orlean (New Yorker; Orchid Thief), and Chuck Klosterman (Fargo Rock City; Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs).
