Once upon a time, there was a toothbrush named Sammy. Sammy's best friend was Toothpaste. Sammy was blue with bright white bristles and his dog Floss was a clean winter green. Every day, Sammy and Toothpaste, who was a tube of gel toothpaste, went to Brushing Teeth School, where they practiced cleaning fake teeth. Toothpaste was an expert at squeezing himself so that the toothpaste poured from the top of his head onto Sammy's face.
One day, when their teacher was absent, they had a substitute teacher named Mr. Cavity, who was a smelly, rotten man with a shiny hat on his head.
"OK, little dental tools. Today this is Cavity's class," said Mr. Cavity, spitting flecks of black as he spoke.
"Mr. Cavity?" whispered Sammy to Toothpaste, "I've heard he has a bad attitude."
"He's no longer a teacher here," said Toothpaste. "I get a bad feeling about this."
"Today we're going to rub our bristles in sugar!" said Mr. Cavity. "Sammy! Come up here, you're going first."
"I have an idea," whispered Sammy to Toothpaste.
"What kind of idea?"
"We need to clean Mr. Cavity."
When Sammy went to the front of the class, he slowly dipped his bristles in the sugar.
Rrrrriiiiinngg!! The phone rang on the other side of the class. Toothpaste was on his cell phone sectretly, calling to distract Mr. Cavity. Mr. Cavity answered the phone, and Toothpaste said, "Hello, Mr. Cavity," in his most adult-like voice.
"Who is this?" said Mr. Cavity.
"This is Principal Dental. What's going on down there?" said Toothpaste.
Meanwhile, Sammy yelled, "Everybody work together! Toothpaste people, squeeze yourselves! Brushes, get covered in toothpaste!"
"What's going on?" said Mr. Cavity.
"We're going to clean you up!" yelled the class as they surrounded him.
"Not so fast!" said Mr. Cavity, as he pulled a bottle of sugary soda out of his jacket.
"Ahhh!" yelled the class as they ran away. "Run for your lives!"
Mr. Cavity began to chase them. And then...
ENDING BY MOHAMMED, AGE 10:
Mr. Cavity chased them with the soda, then he saw something falling into the sky. It was the Tooth Cleaning rain. He called, "Everybody run and save your life!" Then Sammy and his friend Toothpaste ran very fast. The Tooth Cleaning rain fell to Mr. Cavity. "AAAAAAA!" called Mr. Cavity.
